Thomas Newman is certified through the
National Strength and Conditioning Association
as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Thomas recievedd
his B.A. in Communication with a concentration in Kinesiology from the
University of Rhode Island.
Additionally he is certified through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine as a Certified Personal
Trainer and has certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED through the American
Red Cross/American Heart Association.

omas Blaney MS, ATC, CSCS
Thomas Blaney received his master's degree at Bridgewater
State College in physical education with a concentration in
Human Performance Health Fitness and Athletic Training. Additionally,
he is a licensed Athletic
Trainer certified through the National Strength and
Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning
Specialist.
This combination of experience with both rehabilitation and
cutting edge human performance allows for his training
to go unmatched. In addition to online training,
Coach Blaney's services include sport specific workshops
and consulting.

Marcus Calhoun BS, CSCS, NSCA-CPT
Marcus Calhoun is a graduate from The University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Fitness. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Marcus has devoted much of his life to athletics and the world of fitness. He played three sports throughout high school, football being his main concentration and was a walk on at URI during the 2002-2003 football season.
In his recent years, Marcus has worked in Corporate Fitness for Plus-One and at Naval Academy Prep School as an assistant strength coach. For the past two years, Marcus has been an addition to the Salve Regina Fitness Center Strength and Conditioning team.
